What time do you answer calls?

Calls are answered from 10 am till 5 pm. You can try option 1 for internet queries, option 2 for our Albert Road Menswear store, option 3 for our Linthorpe Road Menswear store and option 4 for ladieswear.
What are the leg lengths?

R is for regular leg length, which is a 32 inch inside leg. L is for long leg, which is a 34 inch leg.
When do I get refunded for a return?

We will be happy to refund any items purchased, provided an RAC code is obtained within 14 days of the dispatch and the goods are returned in their original condition with all tags attached. All refunds exclude postage costs, as agreed in our terms, unless a mistake has been made by us. We can only refund to the card used for purchase. Sagepay will credit the money at midnight the same day, but credits can take several days longer to show in your account. Please refer to your card issuer's terms & conditions for further info.

What do you mean by slim fit/fashion fit or classic fit?

Slim and fashion fit are similar products, items described as such are generally a little slimmer cut in the body and sleeve. We may even advise customers to consider buying a size bigger than normal to compensate.
Items described as classic fit are generally a slightly looser fit and consequently customers may want to consider sizing down to compensate. We try to provide as much sizing help as possible in the sizing info tab on each product. Do you do pre-order items?

All items available for pre order will say on the web page itself. We are unable to make exceptions, particularly with high demand/low supply items. We ask you kindly to register to our newsletter so you don't miss out.

Do you have a catalogue?

Apologies but unfortunately not. As our stock is updated so regularly we don't have a catalogue, just two retail spaces & an online store.

Can I collect from your stores?

Yes, no problem! Please print off your order form & pop in our Albert Road store with some identification & we will refund your postage costs if you were charged any.

Can the shipping address be changed?

Yes. We can change the shipping address, though this involves extra security and credit checks and could slow the shipment down. Therefore we reserve the right to ship to the billing address.

Who do you use to ship?

On free shipping or standard shipping within the UK we use Interlink, which is a 2 day service. On next day deliveries within mainland UK we use Interlink. For overseas we use Royal Mail International signed for. Though, this is constantly under review to ensure we provide the best service to our customers.

Are all your goods genuine?

Yes, we are licensed stockists of all our brands and all of our goods are 100 % authentic and genuine. In many cases we are one of only a few stockists outside of the companies home country.

Can I place a telephone order?

Yes, that's fine! Though on telephone orders due to security we can only ship to the card billing address.

How much is shipping?

All orders of £100 and over in the UK are shipped free of charge, all orders under this are charged £3.99. EU orders are shipped at £10 per order and the rest of the world at £15 per order.

Will I be able to track my order?

For customers ordering from mainland UK you will be sent tracking information via email from our courier company, Interlink. They will also notify you of what time they will deliver within a one hour time slot. If of course you have provided your telephone number. For customers overseas, Royal Mail International Signed For provides tracking information for the following countries; Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland, Finland, France, Germany, Gibralta, Hong Kong, Hungary, Japan, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland and USA.

When will pre orders be dispatched?

Pre ordered product is shipped at the earliest opportunity as soon as the product arrives. We are unable to give a precise date but can normally provide a an indication of which month they are scheduled for. We apologise but can't be accountable for any slight delays.
When will payment for pre ordered product be taken?

Payment will be taken at the point of purchase but our usual returns policy will apply when you receive your order.
