The Halesworth is exactly what you would expect from a jacket. A good old no-nonsense quilt, that is built to protect against the elements yet is light enough to worn around town without being to overpowering.

However, although a classic style Lavenham have added a nice touch in the shape of a rounded cord collar, which we feel gives the Halesworth a somewhat luxurious look. The classic two open pockets are there, finished nicely, as is the button placket, with some premium cotton detailing.

Lavenham

Lavenham is an English manufacturer of superior quality country clothing and horse rugs. The brand was founded in 1969 and made the first nylon quilted horse rug, closely followed by matching jackets and waistcoats for the rider. The name quickly spread and Lavenham established a reputation of quality and durability through its nylon quilted products.

For Autumn/Winter '11 Lavenham have delved into their archives to bring you classic designs with a new twist. Based on traditional British stable workers, the range is made in the finest British wools, British Millerain wax and a high performance yarn dyed woven polyester to name a few of the fabrics.
