The Maine Guide style has never looked this good! Featuring all the usual features of Yuketen`s classic silhouette such as premium leather hand-stitched upper, metal eyelets and Rawhide leather laces, the introduction of the buckle strap gives it that subtle point of difference.

Sitting atop a very hard wearing Crepe Wedge sole unit, this is definitely one for the purists!!

Sizing - Yuketen is pretty standard fitting and we recommend purchasing your regular size. They all come in a standard mens width E and the UK size runs one full size down from US sizing so a size UK 7 would be a size US 8 and so on.

Triads will normally deliver your order within 2 working days (UK). Special Next Day Delivery is also available upon checkout (Ordered before 4pm, Special Delivery items will be delivered the next WORKING DAY before 1pm). Saturday Delivery is also available upon request.

All UK orders are dispatched using our reliable courier service, Interlink. Interlink are a popular service with many advantages, one of them being their handy 'one hour time slot' notification which sends the customer an SMS specifying the hour in which their parcel can be expected.

Yuketen

Since 1985, Yuki Matsuda has paid homage to the American crafts and traditions by treasure hunting for outstanding examples of footwear and luggage in remote locales spread out across the rolling Appalachians to the high Sierras.

During Yuki's quests for American rarities, he befriended several footwear, luggage, leather, and blanket artisans whose personalities and skills are more beautiful and pure than their output. Yuketen exists from the lessons and heritage gleaned from these men and women.

Each Yuketen article begins with upmost thought and research and is constructed solely by aged hands of high-skill and years of experience. They chose only the most durable and precious raw materials such as an all-vegetable tanned leather, which is exclusive to Yuketen products, or an American naked leather unique for its heavy, thick and soft characteristics. Yuketen products finishing touches are made by the owners individual insignias; the outline of their foot print, crease-marks from the bend of their ankle, imprints from their hands, colour shed from their skin, mementos of their lifetime.
