The Brooks Bicycle Maintenance Kit. An essential tool kit for maintaining your Saddle correctly.

This Kit comes with; A care leaflet on Maintaining your saddle, this will ensure that it becomes the most comfortable and durable saddle you could ever wish for. A can of Proofide leather dressing, a cotton cloth to polish the saddle and a Brooks Spanner.

ALL UK ORDERS ON OR OVER £100 WILL BE SHIPPED FREE OF CHARGE.

Triads will normally deliver your order within 2 working days (UK). Special Next Day Delivery is also available upon checkout (Ordered before 4pm, Special Delivery items will be delivered the next WORKING DAY before 1pm). Saturday Delivery is also available upon request.

All UK orders are dispatched using our reliable courier service, Interlink. Interlink are a popular service with many advantages, one of them being their handy 'one hour time slot' notification which sends the customer an SMS specifying the hour in which their parcel can be expected.

Brooks Bicycles

Over almost a century and a half, Brooks England has grown from a small workshop to a byword in quality craftsmanship. Back in 1865, John Boultbee Brooks left his hometown of Hinckley in Leicestershire with just £20 in his pocket.

He headed for Birmingham, where in 1866 he established a business in horse harnesses and general leather goods in Great Charles Street under the name JB Brooks & Co. In 1878, the unfortunate death of Mr Brooks’ horse led to a stroke of inspiration. Unable to afford another horse, he borrowed a bicycle in order to commute to work. He found the seat so uncomfortable that he vowed to do something about it.

On 28 October 1882, Mr Brooks filed his first saddle patent. Waddling cyclists everywhere rejoiced and the new product was a roaring success. The rest as they say, is history.
