Raf By Raf Simons Track Top

Raf Simons was born in Neerpelt, Belgium in 1968. He grew up in a small Flemish village near the German border where music became his main means of escape from what he perceived as a world devoid or arts and culture.

After finishing high school Raf enrolled in an industrial design programme. It was around this time that Belgian designers were paving the way in the fashion scene. Raf managed to secure an internship with Walter van Beirendonck, a famous Belgian fashion designer. Raf graduated and worked as a furniture designer until he set out for a career in fashion.

In 1995 Raf Simons launched his first menswear showroom in Milan. He then relocated to Paris, showcasing a further 3 collections.

Raf by Raf Simons - his menswear collection debuted A/W '06 and Raf simons has quickly become an industry favourite.
