Surrender began life in 2004 when James Lavelle, founder of Mo`Wax Records and seminal super group UNKLE, met with Singaporean streetwear legend Earn Chen. Chen was also founder of Ambush, said to be one of the worlds premium streetwear stores.

The label they created features high quality production with a more subtle feel to it than some of the louder brands in the industry.

Despite their short life, Surrender have already collaborated with some of the most coveted artists about including Neighborhood, 3D from Massive Attack, Kostas and Answer.
