Puma x Tommie Smith Gold Clyde Trainers

Tommie Smith was sponsored by Puma in the 1968 Mexico City Olympics when he took home the gold medal in the 200M with a world record time of 19.83 seconds.

He went on to set 7 world records in track and field and then went on to play professional football for the Cincinatti Bengals for one season. He was elected into the track and field hall of fame in 1978.
